USBitco.in (USBTC) is a symbolic Bitcoin-based token designed to represent one Satoshi (sat) — the smallest unit of Bitcoin — in symbolic form.

USBTC is not Bitcoin, not redeemable for Bitcoin, and not backed by Bitcoin reserves. Instead, it functions as a symbolic unit that represents one satoshi of Bitcoin value for purposes of measurement, coordination, and expression of Bitcoin-denominated value.

USBTC is a symbolic representation of Bitcoin’s smallest unit.

Bitcoin can be divided into 100,000,000 satoshis, and USBTC provides a symbolic way to represent those units in tokenized form.

Think of USBTC as a symbolic measurement unit, similar to how:
